These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YindusAI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the GuruSkool mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

## 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

### 1.1 Age Requirements

**General Users:**

- Institutional accounts may be created for students of any age
- Parental consent is obtained through the educational institution

**Children Under 13:**
- Accounts must be created by a parent, guardian, or educational coordinator

To use the Service, you must:

- The Service is accessible via mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web browser
- Requires active internet connection
- Some features may work offline with limited functionality

**Availability:**
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

- Display your User Content to authorized users within your organization
- Create backups and ensure data security
- Provide technical support

**This license ends when you delete your content or account, except:**
- Content shared with other users may remain accessible to them
- Backup copies for disaster recovery (deleted within 90 days)
- Aggregated, anonymized data used for analytics

**Your Representations:**
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have rights to all User Content you upload
- Your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- Your User Content does not contain malicious code or viruses

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service:

- You grant us all rights to use and incorporate your feedback
- We are not required to keep your feedback confidential

GuruSkool is currently **free to use** for all users. There are no subscription fees, charges, or hidden costs.

- Contact management (parents/guardians)
- User role management
- Educational reporting and analytics
- All core features without limitations

### 6.2 Future Pricing

**Right to Introduce Paid Features:**
We reserve the right to introduce paid premium features or subscription plans in the future. If we do:
- We will provide 30 days advance notice
- Existing users will be notified via email and in-app notification
- Core features will remain free
- You will not be charged without your explicit consent
- Paid features will be clearly marked as optional

**Pricing Currency:**
If paid features are introduced, all prices will be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will include GST where applicable.

### 6.3 No Current Billing

Since the Service is currently free:
- No payment method required
- No billing or invoicing
- No automatic charges
- No subscription management needed

## 7. Term and Termination

### 7.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.

**Upon Termination:**
- You lose access to the Service immediately

- The Service will be available 24/7 without interruptions
- All errors or defects will be corrected
- The Service is free from viruses or harmful components

### 8.2 Limitation of Liability

**TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:**

YindusAI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

**Indirect Damages:**
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or information
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Cost of substitute services

**Even If We Have Been Advised of THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.**

**Maximum Liability:**
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, OR
- $100 USD (or equivalent)

### 13.2 Device Requirements

**To use the mobile app, you need:**
- Compatible device (iOS 13.4+ or Android 8.0+)
- Active internet connection
- Sufficient storage space
- Updated operating system

- Data charges from your mobile carrier
- Device compatibility
- Keeping your device secure
